The setup fee covers the design, build, and launch of your site - the monthly fee then covers hosting, updates, and ongoing support. Keeping them separate means your monthly cost stays low while the initial build gets the time it needs.
Your ecommerce site is built and fully handed over to you to run - you own it outright with no ongoing dependency on us. If you'd rather we handle updates and product management, optional support is available from £100/mo.
Yes. Monthly plans are rolling with no long-term contract — just give us 30 days' written notice. You'll keep the site until the end of your current paid period; we don't offer partial refunds for the remainder of a billing month.
If a payment is missed, we'll always reach out first. Your site may be suspended after 14 days unpaid, and if it remains unpaid for 30 days we reserve the right to take it offline and end the agreement. We'd rather sort it with a quick conversation than get to that point.
